To determine how to login to your event, open the registration information you received via email for the webinar.

Is there a password provide in your email:

If yes...

Within that email find the text, "Direct your web browser to the following URL".  Once selected, you will be taken to the login page of the event. 


Next, enter the password provided in the email, which is typically located on the line below the event URL.  


**Please note that the password is case sensitive. In addition, if you copy and paste there may be spaces before or after the text and the password will not work. Alternatively, please try typing in your password.

If no... If you do not remember the password to your account, go to the hosting organization's learning center and find the login button.  Once selected, the login page will have a link for forgotten password which will allow you to reset. If you do not see an email notification of the request, please double check your spam/junk folders to ensure the email did not filter in there.
